Strength training is one of the simplest and most effective things we can do to cultivate health and fitness. In strength training, simple concepts applied consistently can yield surprising results. An example: the principle of "first things first." Following this principle we would learn to control the movement of our own body before introducing external load. This movement session will include a light warm up, mobilization, and movement drills, and feature some forgotten and underrated exercises inspired by our evolutionary ancestry.
