We evolved to move in different ways throughout the day. The extremes of an all or nothing approach to movement leads to imbalances, injuries, poor physical and mental health, and premature aging, all of which keep us from benefiting from our efforts. Movement Snacks are bite sized practices you can do for 10 minutes each day that reset the nervous system, increase your mobility, increase strength, and rebalance the body. They are an adaptogen for the body. Whether you’re busy, over train, have a stressful life, or enjoy your training but recognize the need to be 360 degrees strong, Movement Snacks are your way to play and move each day.
